Ellyn Ochs is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor who has been teaching in Montreal since 2016.
She is passionate about sharing this innovative program that supports a vibrant and balanced body and makes fitness enjoyable and accessible for all. She first became interested in movement and well-being growing up in her hometown of Madison, Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s degree in French from Grinnell College in Iowa, and a master’s degree in translation from the University of Western Brittany in France.
After several years working in the translation industry, Ellyn joined the Teacher Training department at the Essentrics Head Office in 2020, where she works on writing and editing projects related to the certification program to support the instructor community.
