This age-specific program consists of 21 specialized workouts that will help prevent and reverse the signs of aging through full-body strength and flexibility.
There’s a simple explanation for the changes you’re likely feeling in your body – and it comes down to science. But science also proves that you can reverse and prevent these changes through movement! By the time you’ve reached your 50s, if you’ve been active you’ve potentially lost only 6% of your muscle mass, however if you’ve been semi-sedentary you could have lost up to a significant 20%. This translates into 6 to 20% fewer muscle cells working to burn calories, give you energy, and prevent stiffness in your joints.
