            Maude is an Essentrics Instructor and Essentrics TV workout host. She has been teaching in Montreal since 2013 and joined the Teacher Training department at the Essentrics Head Office in 2014. Maude is responsible for coordinating all events at Essentrics, including fitness retreats, teacher training and special events.
Her first passion at a very young age was dance. After teaching and dancing for many years, she found Essentrics while suffering from a bad knee injury. It is during this time that she fell in love with the program and wanted to share this great technique to keep more people pain and injury-free. Maude loves to share her passion of moving to the music in her Essentrics classes. She works with a variety of clients from different backgrounds, from athletes to Aging Backwards groups.
Maude teaches in both French & English.
