Lauren Finkelstein is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor and Exam Corrector based in Toronto, Ontario.
She began her Essentrics career in 2010 while completing her Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University. Upon graduation, Lauren taught at the Essentrics Flagship Studio and worked with the Teacher Training department at the Essentrics Head Office. Lauren’s passion for health and wellness then led her to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food at Ryerson University in Toronto. Offering nutrition counselling and Essentrics training, Lauren has established herself in the Toronto wellness industry and is helping to grow the Essentrics community there.
