Dyan has been actively teaching and promoting Essentrics in Connecticut since 2013. She is an enthusiastic member of the Essentrics mentor team, and enjoys helping build connections within the community, and assisting teachers with completing their levels and growing their classes. Dyan is also part of the Essentrics marketing team and loves working to help grow the brand. She holds a bachelor's degree in business communications and has worked within the publishing and advertising industries.

Dyan is passionate about motivating the 50+ population to stay healthy, strong and pain-free. Devoted to helping others to advance their understanding of functional fitness, Dyan continues to study the fascinating fields of aging, the human body and movement.
