She shares some of these motivating stories during her workouts, as she takes you through safe and gentle, full-body movements that will help to relieve related aches, pains and health conditions.
The Strengthening workouts will also tone your muscles, help with weight loss, improve your posture, and help to reverse and prevent osteoporosis.
The Flexibility/Mobility workouts will help with pain relief, arthritis, healing, stress relief, back pain, surgery recovery, rehabilitation, and fibromyalgia.
Doing one episode of Classical Stretch per day will help you to age backwards and remain youthful your entire life.
