Strength & Flexibility Workout | Standing & Floor | 30 Minutes
During these exciting and transformative years, your cellular regeneration cycle is hardwired to begin to slow down – although you may not feel it until your mid-thirties it’s important to become aware of this process and incorporate movements that are designed to restore a sense of balance into your muscles and tissues.
In these workouts, improving both strength and flexibility will be our primary focus. Amanda will take you through a 30-minute class that will activate your hips, quads, glutes, and upper body while working out tension in your lower body and spine through a series of deep stretches. This workout is designed to challenge your current level of strength and flexibility, pushing you towards new and exciting goals for the decades ahead.
