**It is important to get the approval of a medical professional prior to starting any exercise program**

Welcome to your Beginner 14-Day Trial workouts! This level is for those who are new to exercise, maybe more sedentary or just coming off an injury. These workouts will move at a slower pace with fewer repetitions and more thorough explanation. Starting off slow and gentle is key, we suggest that you relax your muscles during all the workouts and move slowly and gently until you feel ready to pick up the pace and intensity. Work as hard as you  are able to while listening to your body's cues and only going as far as feels comfortable to you. Remember to be patient! Don’t push too much to begin with; your body will change much more rapidly if you don’t force it.

These workouts will introduce you to the key themes of the Essentrics technique. Strength in length through elongation, Flexibility, Toning, Connective Tissue, Range of Motion and Pain Relief. The pace of these workouts will range from slow to medium but always go at your own pace while listening to and respecting your body. Start unlocking your body, awakening your cells and let your body soar!
