In this 45-minute workshop, Gail will cover some of the fundamental modifications used for key Essentrics® exercises. Learning these modifications to suit your body's needs is an excellent tool for beginners or people dealing with chronic pain. Gail will break down modifications for the following exercises:
Arm above the head (for poor posture)
Lunges and Plies (for tight hips/sore knees)
Floor Stretching (for tight hips and back)
