Amanda will take your through a series of dynamic stretches that not only increases flexibility but also promotes blood flow throughout the entire body. We will start by moving through exercises designed to release tension from the upper body and shoulders, and then we will work to increase flexibility by targeting the deep muscles chains of our hips and hamstrings. This class is designed to promote balance and healing and will help you rediscover the joy of movement!
