We hope you enjoyed yesterday’s workout! Today, we continue our theme of releasing glued-up connective tissue to help improve range of motion. This workout with Miranda Esmonde-White, is designed to relieve stiffness in all 360 joints, returning them to their natural mobility. Moving a joint slowly and gently to its’ full extent will rehydrate your fascia and remold the connective tissue, helping you move freely! (Tip: grab 2 chairs for today’s workout!)
