Today, Miranda will teach you proper alignment and how to stand properly on your feet, while you gently and sensibly strengthen your torso, arms, feet, knees and hips. This energizing workout will liberate joints and glued-up connective tissue, which will relieve back, hip and knee pain, and help you improve your posture.
Tip: You’ll need two chairs for today’s workout so you won’t have to worry about losing your balance during the deep leg stretches!
