What can you expect in an Essentrics® live class?
New to the Essentrics® Technique
Unlock your body’s potential through Essentrics® dynamic stretching and strengthening exercises. Taught at a slower pace with an emphasis on correct positioning, this easy-to-follow class will take you through the foundation of a rebalancing Essentrics® workout. Awaken every cell, muscle and joint and come away feeling energized and pain-free.

This class features exercises accessible for all fitness levels, allowing you to move within your own capacity and at your desired intensity.
Aging Backwards®
Prevent and reverse the signs of aging by gently stretching and strengthening every muscle. This low-impact class will restore your mobility, reduce stiffness and relieve pain, all while improving your balance and dexterity through coordinated full-body movements. You'll feel vibrant and capable, ready to enjoy your favorite activities with energy left to spare!
Beginner (new to exercise)
Taught at a slower pace with emphasis on correct positioning, this easy-to-follow class will progressively build your fitness level and increase your body awareness. A perfect way to ease into exercising and become familiar with the essential elements of Essentrics®.
Intermediate
Geared to those already familiar with Essentrics®, this class will challenge your current fitness level while boosting your strength, flexibility and endurance.
Advanced
Respectful to the body yet challenging—this dynamic class will take your strength and flexibility to the next level. Deepen your practice through detailed instructions that will help you perfect your positioning, build your endurance, and carry out more complex exercises with greater precision and coordination.
