Julia Bentz is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor, Educator and Essentrics TV workout host based in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

She began teaching Essentrics in 2013, became a mentor teacher in 2016, and joined the Teacher Training department at the Essentrics Head Office in 2021. Julia’s roles include writing, editing and leading workshops and live teacher trainings. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Acting, and her experience in that field continues to be an invaluable resource for honing her teaching style, body awareness, and dynamic understanding of how movement affects us – physically, mentally, and emotionally. As a teacher, Julia draws on her lifelong interest in health and the human experience to help people enhance their quality of life through Essentrics.
