Essentrics creator Miranda Esmonde-White first developed this workout to alleviate her own back pain. Back pain has been on the rise in these last months and is the most common condition that affects 80% of people at some point in their lives. Lack of movement and our more sedentary experience of the last 14 months seems to have accelerated and exacerbated back issues.
