This class opens with a 2-minute introduction to the Bone Strength Program with Gail Garceau. The workout rebalances your muscles, activates your deep core, and uses eccentric contractions to elongate muscles and protect joints. Standing and barre exercises provide weight-bearing load to strengthen bones and build a solid foundation.
