The 45-minute All-Level class is based on the permanent workout in the ETV library called “Strength and Length” from the Essentrics Essentials program. This S/B/F workout is designed to help participants connect with what it feels like to strengthen and lengthen simultaneously, illustrating a fundamental principle of Essentrics.

This workout will be made available for replay shortly after the live broadcast and will remain on Essentrics TV for 14 days.
