This 15 minute stretch workout is designed to target all the muscles related to your quads and hip flexors. In this short but effective routine we use a combination of standing and floor exercises to help relieve tension from your knees, hips and lower back.
This workout consists of standing and barre work exercises. The focus is on upper body toning combined with deep hamstring and hip stretches.
