Our 14-Day Challenge is designed to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch every muscle in your body – leaving you both feeling and looking terrific, while adding more energy and vitality into each step you take.​

They may include musculoskeletal changes which happen to 70% of women, 25% severely – causing more stiffness, pain and changes in your connective tissue. Essentrics, with its full body dynamic stretching will help support these changes, making you feel free and vibrant in your body. We are a women’s health workout that is meant to support you through this time of your life. ​
