When we are stressed we unconsciously bring tension into certain key areas of our body. Tension causes the muscles to shorten leading to spasms and a feeling of stiffness and pain. It’s important to learn how you respond to stress and where it migrates into your body.

Amanda will be introducing you to workouts and techniques that help you feel where you hold stress in your body and more importantly, how to release it. We will kick off the week with a full-body standing and floor workout that focuses on your body’s natural range of motion. It will focus specifically on each joint and how to release tension from key areas including the hips, shoulders, and back.
