Welcome to your Intermediate 14-Day Trial workouts! This level is for those who are relatively active, have good mobility and strength and feel at ease in a movement class. Most people fall into this level, if you're a beginner you will likely find yourself progressing to this level quite quickly but everybody and every body is different so be sure to listen to what your body is telling you as you move through the workouts.

These workouts will introduce you to the key themes of the Essentrics technique. Strength in length through elongation, Flexibility, Toning, Connective Tissue, Range of Motion and Pain Relief. The pace of these workouts will range from slow to fast but remember to go at your own pace while listening to and respecting your body. Start unlocking your body, awakening your cells and let your body soar!
