Welcome to your Advanced 14-Day Trial workouts! This level is designed for individuals who already lead an active lifestyle and thoroughly enjoy working out. Whether you're seeking to enhance your mobility and range of motion to complement your existing activities, in need of a restorative workout to nurture your body, or simply looking for a standalone routine – this program was tailored for you.

These workouts will introduce you to the key themes of the Essentrics technique. Strength in length through elongation, Flexibility, Toning, Connective Tissue, Range of Motion and Pain Relief. The pace of these workouts will range from slow to fast but remember to go at your own pace while listening to and respecting your body.
