Be more relaxed, mindful and balanced with this rejuvenating, collaborative wellness program featuring Essentrics and Ayurveda.
During this wellness program, Essentrics classes are more mindfully centered on our movements to reflect the seasonal shifts. Cultivating a daily routine that includes a movement practice helps to not only energize us, but also nourishes our joints and tissues and brings ease into our minds – something we can all appreciate this season! These workouts will be taking on a very mindful approach so that we can spend the greater part of this program getting out of the cycle of our thoughts and spend more time getting into our bodies. Thus, we deepen our connection to ourselves and soothe our nervous system in the process. Fall is the perfect time to relax, and re-center taking a few moments for yourself each day.
