Danielle de Wildt is an Essentrics Master Trainer based outside of Amsterdam. She discovered Essentrics in 2007 during a retreat with Miranda Esmonde-White and immediately felt the difference: pain relief, improved posture, and renewed strength. Shortly after, she trained with Miranda and Sahra Esmonde-White in Montreal and became the first Essentrics instructor in Europe, introducing the method in her native Netherlands, where it quickly expanded through an enthusiastic community.

Over the past 15 years, Danielle has been the driving force behind Essentrics’ growth in Europe—leading local teacher training events and mentoring hundreds of instructors from more than a dozen countries.

Today, Danielle holds a senior role at Essentrics HQ and is the Head of Essentrics Europe. She values how Essentrics has supported her since her late twenties in feeling strong, energized, and mobile, both in everyday life and in sports such as running.
