The Bone Health Program is designed for prevention and maintenance of strong bones. Individuals with osteoporosis may benefit from certain Essentrics workouts, but these should be practiced with awareness, appropriate modifications, and ideally under instructor guidance. We recommend consulting a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Modifications and frequency should be tailored to individual needs and risk level.

Our new 14-day program uses dynamic, weight-bearing exercises to target all 206 bones while improving posture, mobility, and alignment. Through lengthening muscle contractions (eccentric contractions), Essentrics® places healthy tension on bones to build strength while protecting joints.

Why Bone Health Matters
Your bones are living tissue that continually break down and rebuild – and daily movement stimulates this renewal. After age 30, bone loss begins as breakdown starts to outpace formation. With 1 in 2 women and 1 in 4 men expected to experience osteoporosis, prevention is essential.

Build a foundation of strength and stability – you're not just here for today, you're here for your future!

This Rebalancing Program Supports Bone Strength Through:

· Safe, weight-bearing movements that engage the full body
· Multi-directional exercises that challenge stability and control
· Eccentric contractions that lengthen and strengthen muscles
· Improving posture and spinal alignment
· Activating muscles evenly to restore balance
· Building awareness of alignment and joint support
