Alexa Leon is a Level 4 Essentrics Instructor.

She has been teaching Essentrics since 2012 and has worked closely with Miranda and Sahra Esmonde-White throughout her Essentrics career, assisting at retreats and workshops curated by the Essentrics Head Office. Alexa holds a master's degree in social work and a master's degree in couple and family therapy. She works as a psychotherapist in Montreal.

Alexa loves connecting with people of all ages around movement and helping them feel strong, energetic, and healthy in mind and body.
