Today’s focus is all about harnessing a sense of well-being and relaxation. Follow along with Meg Feeney as she takes you through a series of standing big sweeping movements to increase circulation and blood flow while loosening up the connective tissue. We then retreat to the floor for a burst of toning to strengthen and lengthen the muscles followed by a dynamic stretch to decrease stress and boost energy levels.
