This all-level, medium-paced workout will focus on strengthening your core, decompressing your spine, and building strength in your hips and legs to enhance balance. By the end of the class, you’ll feel a sense of freedom in your body and might even feel a little bit taller!
The instructor will suggest using a chair to help with balance for certain exercises, we recommend having one close by.
