Danielle de Wildt is the head of Essentrics EU and an Essentrics Master Trainer.
Danielle discovered Essentrics during a retreat with Miranda Esmonde-White in Mexico in 2007. She immediately fell in love with the program for the effective and gentle way it relieved her shoulder and knee pain, improved her posture and helped her regain her strength. Danielle pursued training with Miranda and Sahra Esmonde-White in Montreal and became the first Essentrics instructor in Europe. Danielle began teaching Essentrics classes in her native Netherlands where the workout quickly gained popularity. She is now an Essentrics Master Trainer and the head of Essentrics in Europe.
Danielle designed her Essentrics Conditioning for Runners workouts to share the exercises that help her run with ease and stay injury-free.
