Amanda will take you through a 30-minute class that will activate your hips, quads, glutes, and upper body while working out tension in your lower body and spine through a series of deep stretches. This workout is designed to challenge your current level of strength and flexibility, pushing you towards new and exciting goals for the decades ahead.
