This 30-day workout plan was designed to take care of you while you’re staying home. The workouts in this evening collection will focus on joints, muscles and connective tissue. Each workout will leave you feeling relaxed and rebalanced.

It is recommended that you complete one workout from this evening collection and one workout from the morning collection each day – working consecutively through the days until you’ve reached episode 30 in each collection.

Essentrics will reduce your stress, support your immune system and improve your posture, opening your chest and providing your respiratory system with the space it needs for easy breathing.
