The foundation of our body is our feet. As with any structure, if the foundation is weak, that structure is in danger of collapsing. This metaphor can also be applied to the human body. Our feet are designed to absorb the weight of our body and help propel us throughout our day with ease and power. When our feet are in poor alignment, not only do they weaken, but they cause a degradation of all the joints above the feet - from the ankles, knees and hips, right into the spine.
