Your 40s: The Preventative Years
This age-specific program consists of 21 specialized workouts that will help you build full-body strength while increasing your flexibility and mobility.
In your 40s, your cellular regeneration cycle begins to slow down at a faster rate than before, resulting in more noticeable changes to how you feel. But there is an easy fix; Awakening every muscle and activating your joints! Working all 650+ muscles in their full range of motion will combat this cycle by sending a signal to your cells that they are still needed!
